I'm a fellow from a Canadian island in the Pacific, an idyllic place.

This blog is about things that interest me. It has no particular programme, and I tend to update it via my phone while doing other things. I don't reflect too heavily on what it all means, and mostly don't worry much about what people think.

I used to update another blog which was vaguely about my job, which doesn't interest me much at all, but it pays the bills.

Reading ancient wisdom over coffee in the corner at Atrium Habit. Aristotle got a lot of things right about how people behave; still looking for the fly in the ointment. My intuition is it will come in the section on pleasure: I’ve always tended towards Epicureanism. Planning to read Epicurus next, for balance.
